Characters are automatically unlocked when you collect the required number of stars. Stars are earned by answering historical questions correctly during missions.

Each character has a different mission length and answer choices. Starting from 10 steps with 3 choices in the 12th century, up to 60 steps with 6 choices in the 21st century.

There are three types of bonuses: Remove one wrong answer, get 2x stars for correct answers, and receive hints. Use them strategically to progress through challenging missions.

The game requires an internet connection for AI-generated questions and to ensure the most up-to-date historical content.

Yes, your progress including unlocked characters, stars collected, and completed missions is automatically saved locally on your device.
